Your Path to Becoming a Trainer-Mentor
Our comprehensive training program is designed to prepare you for the vital role of a Trainer-Mentor. The process begins with pre-course work (“The Task”). This typically requires 25 to 30 hours of work, with regular reports to the Master Trainer. This is followed by four full days on Zoom, where you’ll gain insights into effective teaching methods and business fundamentals. You’ll learn to facilitate workshops, mentor entrepreneurs, and drive impactful change in your community.
You will be challenged to consider the differences between welfare and development and “being broke” vs “being poor.” If you don’t like the idea of change, this is probably not the course for you!
